SABATON Pär Sundström

On Monday May 31st Pär Sundström the basist SABATON gave a live interview on Greece’s Metalzone Radio Show with Kostas “PurEvil” Kyriakakis. Par talked about the lyrical themes in Coat Of Arms and how they processed more than 10.000 ideas and studied hard on the history of the themes. They insist on war themes as they are not interested in writing about typical fictional themes but write about matters that have really happened and concern humanity as a whole.

\r\nTalking about their new record label they feel really comfortable with their support and the results are already showing as a few hours before the interview Par had received word that they cracked the German chart on position number 19 after having been in somewhere around 300.
\r\n
\r\nThey are planning to do around 320 shows in the coming time and cover the whole of Europe. They are planning on releasing 3 video clips, Coat Of Arms, Screaming Eagles and the very impressive Uprising which was shot two weeks ago in Poland.
