Φαντάζομαι πως οι περισσότεροι της γενιάς μου γνωρίζουν το The Dukes of Hazzard, αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρος πόσοι έχουν ακουστά τους Hazzard, το συγκρότημα που δημιούργησε ο Herman Frank — ναι, ο ίδιος από τους θρυλικούς Accept. Το project αυτό έδρασε από το 1982 έως το 1985, αφήνοντας πίσω του έναν και μοναδικό, ομώνυμο δίσκο το 1984, που κυκλοφόρησε από τη Mausoleum Records.
Οι Deep Purple είναι αγαπητοί στην χώρα μας από τα 70ς – 80ς. Είχα γράψει και στο κείμενο για το ‘’Fireball’’ ότι οι κασέτες με την ένδειξη ‘’ROCK ΕΠΙΤΥΧΙΕΣ – ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ – ΜΠΑΛΑΝΤΕΣ’’ ήταν τίγκα στο βαθύ μοβ. Και σε όλες τις εποχές τους, είσαν βαθιά πετυχημένοι. Και στα πρώτα τους και όταν μπήκε στην μπάντα ο πολύς Ian Gillan και με τον David Coverdale. Κοινή συνιστώσα τον καιρό εκείνο και όχι για πάντα ο Μαυροπερισσότερος Ritchie Blackmore.
Στην εδώ και λίγα χρόνια πορεία τους, οι Αθηναίοι Triumpher έχουν κατορθώσει να κερδίσουν τους πάντες και άπαντες να μιλούν το λιγότερο θετικά για τις δημιουργίες τους. Και επικά, καθώς στο epic πεδίο βρίσκονται. Με το ‘’Storming The Walls’’ του 2023, το ‘’Spirit Invictus’’ του 2024. Φέτος έρχονται με το τρίτο τους κτύπημα υπό τον τίτλο ‘’Piercing The Heart Of The World’’ το οποίο κυκλοφορούν μέσω της δικής μας No Remorse Records σε cd και σε 12‘’ βινύλιο.

Ο Fili Bibiano, κιθαρίστας και δημιουργός και οι δυο του νέοι συνοδοιπόροι, Joey Mancaruso στα τύμπανα και Juan Aguila την φωνή, ως Fili Bibiano’s Fortress, κυκλοφορούν μέσω της High Roller Records, σε cd. 12’’ βινύλιο και ψηφιακά, το ‘’Death Is Your Master’’ που είναι το δεύτερο τους ολοκληρωμένο καλλιτεχνικό πόνημα και τέταρτη, μαζί με ένα ep και ένα split κυκλοφορία.

Overkill frontman Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth recently spoke with Finland's Chaoszine about his journey as a metal vocalist.
For over three and a half decades Overkill‘s bottom line crazy method of thrash has produced some of the most significant moments in the world of metal. Now in the latter half of their career, the New Jersey thrash metal veterans show all their experience with “Scorched” sounding more mature, refined, and embellished with hints of more than just thrash metal.
Former Accept bassist Peter Baltes opened up about his departure from the German metal legends in 2018 in an interview with Dr. Music citing unhappiness and finding out he was a hired gun when Accept reformed in 2009.
Baltes: “I was extremely unhappy and I found out a few things. I had been with the band forever and I found in the end, in this incarnation of the band, I wasn’t even a member, but a hired gun.

Την Κυριακή 13/4 το βράδυ, όλοι οι (μεταλλικοί) δρόμοι οδηγούσαν στον Κορυδαλλό. Και αυτό γιατί μια απο τις ιστορικότερες ελληνικές μπάντες, οι Reflection, έκλεισαν ραντεβού με τους εκπροσώπους του Τύπου αλλά και τους οπαδούς τους στο Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Κορυδαλλού, για την παρουσίαση-προακρόαση του νέου τους δίσκου με τίτλο The Battles I Have Won.
