On Friday 15th Metalzone.gr had the chance to interview Live on Metalzone radio show legendary guitarist Jack Starr (Devil Childe, Guardians of the Flame, Phantom Lord (USA), Thrasher, Virgin Steele, Strider (USA)).Jack talked about his new album which Land Of The Dead, and the work he did on it. He talks about the music in the album and how he likes old school metal and that he made this album keeping in mind that he wants to make an album that can last through time.
Given the chance by their upcoming DVD release Shovel Headed Tour Machine, Elena Mihailidou of Metalzone.gr had the chance to interview Rob Dukes Of EXODUS. Rob talks about the DVD that’s being released January 12th in the US and January 15th in Europe, their new album which will be released in May but also about thrash metal in general. \r\n

Metalzone conducted an interview with the band’s singer, Christianna, and guitarist, Johnny Zero, a few days before their upcoming live show with Draconian, Shattered Hope and Daylight Misery in Athens. \r\nMetalzone.gr: In 2010 you are celebrating your 10th birthday. How does it feel?
\r\nJames: Well, Arsis didn’t really become active until 2003. Sure, Mike and I recorded a demo in 2001 and we later used the material for Arsis, but Arsis did not actually become a reality until much later. When 2013 comes around, then I can celebrate.

\r\nMetalzone.gr: How has the course so far been? Regrets? Hopes? Unfulfilled dreams?
While counting backwards towards the day the next killer OVERKILL album IRONBOUND hits us right between the eyes we had the chance to interview one of the demolishers responsible for the wrecking machine called OVERKILL that’s been driving us on the edge of our rebellious selves for the past 25 years!
